Workshop Reservation Policy

Reservations for all Photography Center Workshops are on a first come first serve basis. You may reserve your place by phone or e-mail.

Payment must be made in full within 72 hours for your place to be guaranteed.
The PhotoCenter accepts cash or checks. PayPal payments can be made to payments@photocentertroy.org through the secure services of PayPal.

In certain circumstances the PhotoCenter will help you arrange a payment plan to make your participation possible. Please contact us for more information.

Once we have received your payment, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with any specifics about the workshop, including what to expect, bring and any other details.

Waiting List

Once a workshop is full we will establish a waiting list. You may request to be added to the list by calling or sending us an e-mail. If a space becomes available the PhotoCenter will notify you.

Refunds / Cancellation

Due to our obligations to the persons involved in our workshops (which can include instructors, participants, models, make-up artists, hair stylists, location rental), the PhotoCenter has the following Refund and Cancellation Schedule.

• Cancel at least 72 hours prior: 75% refund or 100% credit towards your next PhotoCenter Workshop.
• Cancel at least 48 hours prior: 50% refund or 75% credit toward your next PhotoCenter Workshop.
• Cancel at least 24 hours prior: 25% refund or 50% credit toward your next PhotoCenter Workshop.
• Any cancellation within 24 hours of the workshop: 25% credit toward your next PhotoCenter Workshop

In the event that a shooting workshop has a low enrolment, the PhotoCenter reserves the right to reschedule the workshop for a later date. Workshop participants will be given a full credit for the future workshop or a full refund at the participant’s request.

In the event that a technical workshop has low enrollment, you may still participate at the rates of our one-on-one hourly tutorial with the workshop instructor. Workshop participants will be granted credit or a refund if the tutorial is less than the original workshop price.
